6 SEO Tips Straight from Google
When reading Google’s 32 page SEO Starter Guide, one thing is clear: your site visitors are the most important consideration in SEO optimization.
1. Keywords: Think about the customers that you want to attract to your site and the words they might be using in a Google search that will lead them to your product and service. Optimize your SEO elements such as Meta Tags, Page Descriptions, etc. around these keywords.
2. Navigation: Make sure your navigational links and site maps, as well as navigational flow/hierarchy, are optimized to help your users find what they need with ease.
3. Content: Make sure you are offering quality content that is targeted to your visitors. Site content should be informative, useful and compelling. Offer your visitors something unique on your site that they might not be able to find anywhere else.
